CcspMisc combines many utilities.<\/span><\/p>

Below are the utilities available in CcspMisc repository.<\/p>

Utility<\/strong><\/td>Description<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
psmcli<\/strong><\/td>

This CLI tool is used to get or set PSM database values. It is mostly used in scripts to query the PSM database values during boot up.<\/p>

LTime<\/strong><\/td>

LTime is used to show Local time of the device. The local time is calculated based on the offset received (Device.Time.TimeOffset) from CMTS.<\/p>

LTime<\/em> when used with option H<\/em> and M<\/em> shows the hour and minute of the local time respectively.<\/p><\/td><\/tr>

NotifyLease<\/strong><\/td>This is used in devices with multi-processor architecture. NotifyLease is used to sync the lease file(\/nvram\/dnsmasq.leases) information on the ATOM side. Only mesh enabled devices will have notify_lease process running.<\/td><\/tr>
print<\/strong>_uptime<\/strong><\/td>It is used to log message with uptime in seconds. This is used to log the boot time information in RDK-B.<\/td><\/tr>
TimeConv<\/strong><\/td>This is library used by CcspPandMSsp component for parental control when UTC_ENABLE feature is enabled. Since GUI shows time in UTC, we use this to split days. It is used to convert the rules entered in UTC time to Local Time.<\/td><\/tr>
Memory usage and Fragmentation selfheal<\/strong><\/td>– TestAndDiagnostics component has two parameters
memory threshold
fragmentation threshold
– If these parameters are 0, then selfheal is disabled. If any of these parameters is non zero, then selfheal is enabled.
– Then the device should reboot with reboot reason as low memory.
– This tool is used to calculate the total fragmented memory in percentage.<\/td><\/tr>
Set LED<\/strong><\/td>This tool is needed to set the LED behavior(LED color, LED state, LED Interval)<\/td><\/tr>
