This tool helps to enhance the existing channel map to support the development activities at locations where head-end connectivity is not available. This tool uses Libxml2 XML toolkit (<a href=\"http:\/\/xmlsoft.org\/\" class=\"external-link\" rel=\"nofollow\">http:\/\/xmlsoft.org\/<\/a>) for all XML related operations.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"RMF_Tools-Operationmodes:\">Operation modes:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>xtob &#8211; Generate SI Cache binaries from the given XML file<\/li>\n<li>btox &#8211; Generate SI Cache XML file from the given binary file<\/li>\n<li>dump &#8211; Dump channel map from the given binary file to console<\/li>\n<li>input: Input file. It can be an XML file or a binary SI Cache file depending on the operation mode<\/li>\n<li>output: Output file. It can be a binary SI Cache file or an XML file depending on the operation mode<\/li>\n<li>sioutput: Binary SI Cache file to be generated. To use this option, the mode should be set to &#8216;xtob&#8217;<\/li>\n<li>snsoutput: Binary SNS Cache file to be generated.
