AAMP Closed Captioning Support

Applications using AAMP have the support to use closed captioning. AAMP have in-band caption support for both CEA-608 and CEA-708 captions. Closed captioning can be achieved via two methods, using AAMP UVE APIs or using XREReceiver cc manager.
